Store finished pieces flat

Let any glue dry fully before stacking a piece. Use clean backing sheets and a folder that supports the whole design. Lift delicate work with its backing rather than by a narrow paper bridge.

Record the design name, paper and date on a separate label. Avoid strong sunlight and damp storage. Photograph the piece on a plain background before putting it away so you can compare later versions without repeatedly handling the original.
